Lifetime manufacturing warranty
We’ve been making jewellery to the highest standard since 2005, to be worn every day and handed down through generations. Every new piece we make carries a complimentary lifetime manufacturing warranty.
What’s covered
Our promise on every piece
All jewellery made by Utopian Creations is covered against manufacturing faults or defects, for life.
Faults put right at no cost
If a manufacturing fault or defect is assessed by our staff, we’ll repair or replace the piece in a timely manner at no cost to you. It’s our work, and we stand behind it.
Wear, tear & lost stones
Jewellery, and rings especially, live a busy life. The warranty doesn’t cover general wear and tear, or the loss of a gemstone through daily wear or accident.
Work by another jeweller
If your piece has been repaired or serviced by a jeweller other than Utopian Creations, the warranty is void. If you’re ever unsure, talk to us first — we’d always rather help than have you risk it.
Alongside consumer law
This warranty is a promise we choose to make, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply regardless, and nothing here reduces them.

Get in touch
If you notice any damage to your jewellery, contact us and we’ll do a quick assessment online or over the phone to understand the issue.
We take a closer look
You may be asked to bring your piece in-store or post it to us so our skilled staff can evaluate it properly. If a fault isn’t covered, we’ll explain why in full, and can provide a quote for the repair if you’d like one.
