Your journey begins with a complimentary one-hour consultation, either in person, via email or video call.

 During this session, we'll:

• Discuss your ideas and aspirations
• Develop an initial project outline
• Share relevant examples and inspiration
• Provide a preliminary quote
• Create initial sketches where appropriate

To make the most of your consultation, we encourage you to share:

• Your design brief
• Any inspirational images
• Style preferences
• Sketches (if you have them)

All design consultations are overseen by our head designer, Ben Manning—a classically trained jewellery designer with over 25 years of experience. His expertise ensures each piece is not only beautiful but durable enough to withstand daily wear while securely holding precious gemstones and memories.

Custom Design Options

Our bespoke service can accommodate various levels of complexity, from adapting existing designs to creating completely unique pieces. Our vast in-store collection of coloured gems and diamonds—one of Australia's largest—often allows us to begin work promptly. However, some projects may require:

• Custom gemstone sourcing
• Specific diamond selection
• Special precious metal considerations
• Custom gem cutting

For more complex projects requiring extensive design work or specific gemstone sourcing, we may request a deposit before proceeding. This will be discussed during your consultation.

From Design to Completion

Once your design is finalised, you'll receive an accurate quote. The process then follows these steps:

1. deposit payment to commence manufacturing
2. 6-8 weeks production time (may vary based on complexity and season)
3. High-quality photos of your completed piece
4. Final payment and delivery arrangements

Delivery Options:

• Local pickup at our retail store
• Complimentary shipping within Australia (1-3 days)
• International shipping via FedEx (4-6 business days)

Jewellery Remodelling Services

When working with existing pieces, we take extra care to protect your precious metals and stones. Your jewellery is:

• Photographed and documented upon receipt
• Fully insured for theft while in our care
• Stored securely when not being worked on
• Protected during specialist services (cutting, valuation)

Important Considerations for Remodelling:

• We often recommend new, ethically sourced Australian gold for engagement rings and delicate pieces
• Existing precious metals can be:
• Used for solid items like wedding rings
• Traded in as part payment
• Diamonds can usually be reused after cleaning
• Coloured gemstones may need refreshing by our Master Gem Cutter
