How It Works:

1. Purchase your selected gemstone(s) through our website
2. Receive your order via Express delivery (when ordered before 12:00 PM)
3. Evaluate the gemstone(s) for up to 7 days in various lighting conditions
4. Decide whether to proceed with custom jewellery creation, exchange, or return

Return Process:

• Package items in original packaging
• Send via Australia Post Express Post with signature confirmation
• Email tracking number for insurance coverage during return transit
• Full refund processed within 1-10 business days upon receipt
