Every piece we send is valuable and often deeply personal. Here’s how we get it to you — safely, tracked, and fully insured until it’s in your hands.
Where we ship
Delivery & postage
We ship within Australia and worldwide. Wherever your piece is going, it travels tracked, signed for, and insured by us the whole way.
Free express post
We offer free express post to all our Australian customers, via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your piece is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.
Quoted per destination, from $150
We’re happy to ship overseas. International postage is quoted for your destination and starts at $150 — get in touch and we’ll confirm the cost before you order. International parcels travel with a tracked, signed and insured express service.
We’ll help keep the secret
We understand a delivery might be for a proposal or a surprise. Let us know and we’ll do all we can to help it stay one — from timing to how it arrives.
Insured until signed for
Every outgoing parcel is fully insured by us until it’s signed for by the recipient. All parcels must be signed for on delivery. Once a parcel has been signed and scanned as delivered, we’re unable to refund or replace it — so please make sure someone’s there to receive it.
