What we collect
The information we hold
Two kinds of information: what your device shares automatically as you browse, and what you give us when you order. Together we call this your personal information.
Device information
When you visit the site we automatically collect details about your device — your browser, IP address, time zone, and the cookies on your device — along with which pages and products you view, how you arrived, and how you move through the site. We collect this using cookies, log files, and web beacons or pixels.
Order information
When you make or attempt a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, payment details, email address and phone number. We need this to process your order and look after you as a customer.
How we use it
What we do with your information
Fulfilling and supporting your purchase
We use your order information to process payment, arrange shipping, send invoices and confirmations, communicate with you, and screen orders for fraud or risk. Where you’ve chosen to hear from us, we’ll also send information about our pieces and services.
Improving how the site works
We use device information to help screen for risk and fraud, and to understand and improve the site — for example, analytics about how visitors browse, and measuring how our marketing performs.

The services that run our store
We use Shopify to power our online store, and Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used. Where your information is stored
Some of these providers store and process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the site you consent to that overseas handling. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Targeted advertising

If you’re not satisfied
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to put it right. If you’re still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
If something goes wrong
If a data breach occurs that’s likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.
Browser signals
Please note our site doesn’t change how it collects or uses data in response to a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser.
