A private space for the pieces we make for you. Follow your commission as it moves through the studio, see your estimate, send us a message and book care for your jewellery, all in one place.
My Jewellery Box is by invitation. We send yours by email when your commission begins. If you are a past customer and would like to see what is in your jewellery box, please contact us.
What you can do
Follow your commission
See which stage your piece is at, from design through to the bench and final checks. We update it as your piece moves through the studio.
See your estimate
Read the estimate for your piece whenever you like. An estimate is a guide to the price, and your quote confirms it.
Message the studio
Ask a question or share a thought about your piece. Messages are kept with your commission, so the whole conversation stays in one place.
Book care and service
Book an appointment for care or a service on your jewellery, without needing to call or email.

We invite you
When your commission begins, we send an invitation to the email address you gave us. Past customers can request one on this page.

Choose a password
Open the link in the email and set your password. The invitation is just for you, so please do not forward it.

Sign in any time
Sign in at my.utopiancreations.com.au on your phone or computer. On your own device, tick Keep me signed in.
Your privacy
Chosen together, or a surprise
Some pieces are chosen together. Some are a surprise. My Jewellery Box is built for both.
Everyone has their own sign-in, and being a couple does not share anything on its own. Each piece is visible only to the people you choose, and each one shows who can see it. If a piece is a surprise, it will not appear in the jewellery box of the person it is for.
Questions
I am a past customer. Can I have a jewellery box?
Yes. Send us a Jewellery Box request with your name and email. Our team will put together your jewellery box and email your invitation.
Is there a cost?
No. It comes with your commission.
What if my invitation has not arrived?
Check your junk or spam folder for an email from Utopian Creations. If it is not there, contact us and we will send it again.
What if I forget my password?
Go to the password reset page, enter your email and we will send you a link to choose a new password.
Is this the same as my online shop account?
No. The Log in link at the top of our website is for online shop orders. My Jewellery Box is separate and has its own sign-in at my.utopiancreations.com.au.
Can my partner see my jewellery box?
Only what you choose to share. You each have your own sign-in, and each piece is visible only to the people you choose. Ask us any time if you want to change who can see a piece.
Can I see my estimate, quote or invoice here?
You can see your estimate here. Quotes, invoices and payments are sent to you separately for now.
Who else can see my details?
Our studio team, who need them to make your piece, and anyone you have chosen to share a piece with. We look after your information as set out in our privacy policy.
