Our Commitment to Accurate Representation

For jewellery available for immediate purchase: Every product image shows the actual piece of jewellery you will receive. These are genuine photographs of the physical item, not digitally created representations. When you see a ring, necklace, or other piece marked as "ready to ship" or "in stock," you're viewing the exact item that will be delivered to your door.

Exception: When product images include human models, we may use AI-generated models while ensuring the jewellery itself is photographed from the actual piece. In these cases, additional photographs of the jewellery alone are always provided to show the true appearance of the item.

Design Visualisation for Custom and Made-to-Order Jewellery

For our "Create Your Ring Online" collection and custom or bespoke jewellery pieces, we utilise advanced design visualisation techniques to provide you with the most accurate preview possible of your future piece:

If any item does not match its representation as outlined in this policy, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
