All jewellery made by Utopian Creations is covered against manufacturing faults or defects. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault or defect is assessed by our staff repairs or replacement will be carried out by Utopian Creations in a timely manner at no cost to the customer.

If repair or service by a jeweller other than Utopian Creations has occurred prior, our warranty will be void. Jewellery and especially rings often live a busy life, our warranty excludes coverage of wear and tear or any loss of gemstones.

If you notice any damage to your jewellery please contact us so we can complete a quick online or over the phone evaluation of the issue. You may be required to bring your piece instore or post it to us for further evaluation by our skilled staff. If the fault is deemed not to be covered by our warrantee our staff will provide a full explanation that may include a quote for repair.
