Australia and New Zealand

We offer free express post to all our Australian and New Zealand customers. A tracking number is provided to the purchaser once it has been sent so that you can track its expected arrival. We also understand that delivery may be for a surprise occasion and we will help with this as much as possible to ensure it remains a secret.

 

International

For our international customers, we post with FedEx at a flat rate of AUD$200.00 inc GST

 

Australia Post and FedEx are both trustworthy and reliable services. All parcels must be signed for and we will not refund or replace orders that have been signed and scanned as delivered.

All outgoing parcels are fully insured by us until they are signed for by the recipient
