Signature Design Package

For pieces that deserve a deeper exploration, the Signature Design Package is our most comprehensive bespoke design service — made for intricate designs, multiple competing ideas, or remodelling projects where heirloom stones and metals come into play.

Think of it as a long, considered conversation. Across emails and in-store meetings, our team guides you through a wider range of concepts and refinements, drawing on an exceptional in-store collection of coloured gems and over two decades of sourcing Australian diamonds and gemstones. As with all our bespoke work, every material is responsibly sourced, and any gemstones chosen during the process are held for you with no deposit required.

Your package includes:

• Responsibly sourced diamonds, gemstones and gold
• 5–10 sketched design ideas
• 2–3 scaled 2D designs
• 1 finalised scaled 2D design, ready for the 3D designer
• Jewellery remodelling consultation

Your design fee is credited toward your finished piece when you go ahead with manufacture; if you choose not to proceed, it is retained as payment for the design work completed. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. All design work is overseen by our head designer, Ben Manning.
