Extra notes: This is a sapphire for the collectors or someone who really wants to be different. Its a very interesting colour change sapphire that can not be fully represented in photos or video, it needs to be seen in person to understand the nuances of colour. It also fluoresces red which is quite incredible to see. This lovely sapphire was mined and faceted in the 1970's and has been in the miners personal collection ever since.
