Extra notes: An interesting Australian parti sapphire that is deep blue on one end and bright yellow on the other end. The blue end would have grown first using up all the titanium in the crystal solution. Once the titanium is consumed in the creation of the crystal the colour changes to yellow which is caused by the presence of iron in the solution. The price has been reduced from $2114 due to a very small chip on one corner. In most cases the corners are covered when a brilliant cut sapphire is set into jewellery, so the chip wont be seen.
