Extra notes: Australian Emeralds are extremely rare. There are no commercial emerald mines active so any that are available have been found by fossickers or are from old collections. Torrington Emeralds are famous for this wonderful colour banding and this piece has the strongest, brightest green we have ever seen from this location.
