The female model wears a 3mm wide and, the male, 2x 5mm bands.

This collection has been named after the visionary Lynn Margulis, an evolutionary biologist who revolutionised our understanding of how life develops and thrives through cooperation. Born in 1938, she challenged the scientific establishment with her endosymbiotic theory, proposing that complex cells evolved when different microorganisms merged together in mutually beneficial relationships. Initially met with scepticism and rejection, her persistence and rigorous research eventually proved that mitochondria and chloroplasts were once independent bacteria that became permanent partners within our cells. Margulis demonstrated that collaboration, not just competition, drives evolution, showing how separate entities can come together to create something stronger and more beautiful. Her groundbreaking work earned her the National Medal of Science in 1999 and fundamentally changed how we understand the interconnected web of life on Earth.

Our skilled team digitally create all images in this, our 'Create Your Ring Online' selection. The images are not photographs but are photorealistic. Most are designed with the aid of AI, and many start with a sketch on paper or Procreate as their foundation. Many are reworked with Photoshop and AI video programs. This is to create the most accurate images of rings that are yet to be made, providing a representation of how these rings will look in person. Once you choose your design, we will create your ring to the specifications you have chosen, including width and ring size. We guarantee your ring will be very close to, if not exactly the same as, the supplied images in line with Australian consumer law.
